Continuous Success Management
If client selects Continuous Success Management as part of their ongoing support package, then periodic visits and ongoing system analysis will be conducted by an Amplicare expert over the course of the client's relationship with Amplicare. This service package involves identifying the long-term goals of our clients and assisting them in substantive ways to achieve those goals.
This level of consulting is possible only because Amplicare uses true industry experts for these engagements. We have experience with the largest down to some of the smallest hospice, home health and skilled nursing organizations in the country. We bring all of that experience and business knowledge to the table when we provide services to our clients.
