Implementation Services

When we sell a system, we don't just turn that system on, hand over some documentation and do some basic training. Our Implementation Services are designed to optimize adoption of the software...after all, you cannot get value actualization from a system that isn't used to its fullest potential. In order to achieve better system adoption, we:

  • Configure and setup your system.
  • Import and validate your data. 
  • Augment the standard type of implementation services with a full study of your current business processes, so that we understand better how to implement the new system and streamline your processes.
  • Provide two cycles of training, with separate sessions for executives, clinical and compliance staff, bereavement and counseling teams, system IT support and your referral maximization team.
    • The first cycle of implementation is designed to provide the first look at the system and an understanding of each actionboard.
    • The second cycle of training is designed to reinforce the first and ensure that all users are adopting the system and that new processes have teken hold and are being used. 
  • Work with your executive and middle management teams to help them understand the value of and use the Executive Actionboard system.
  • If the client chooses Adoption Success Management, we work with them to identify the right business issues to target for improvement in the overall achievement of the organization's goals.
